I am working as a  Gemstone Jewelry designer and creating my jewelries as a One of a Kind Turkish Jewelry pieces.

My name is Ozlem Basar.

I am living in Istanbul TURKEY.

I started to designing gemstone jewelries since 1994. Designing things  was my hobby since childhood. I started my first design experiences with my barbies, was preparing for them furnitures with brass wires and then it became stiching dress and continued more and more other things.. day by day I noticed design is my passion and when I was 14 years old I started to make my first jewelries.. I hardly learned by my self everything because in these years there was no course for it..and I studied Management at university even I did not want to make any corporate business then decided to run my own business. so far I have my own workshop atelier which is I design my gemstone jewelries there  in Grandbazaar in ISTANBUL

When I am designing my gemstone jewelries, I  inspired by byzantine and ottoman cultural mixtures from  my city.

Since 1999 I worked as a jewelry and accessories designer for many fashion company and most of them was international very famous and big companies. All those companies and different component brought to me a lot of different and great knowledge and experiences. Year by year I learned many things even did not notice how much I improved my self.

I provide wholesale gemstone jewelry line, Evil Eye Jewelry line, Natural Gemstone Collection, Gemstone rings and many kind of natural stone jewelry designs in my collections.

I am working with genuine gemstones and semi-precious gems. I like to mix them with different materials like silver brass gold vermeil or copper with leather cords or some fabric cords to make them reclect more cultural textures and make them look more ethnic or authentique because my style is kind a all inclusive.. when you take a look my designs you can see unique piece designed with a material which is very pure and basic but at the same time look very elegant and authentique.When I design my jewelries I put my heart to my work. I design every piece as if I am designing for my self for wearing them my self.
